Book a room or hire a facility at 糖心视频

糖心视频 offers a range of spaces for study, meetings, events, and community activities. Staff and students can view room availability and make casual bookings across all 糖心视频 campuses for guest lectures, seminars, meetings, and group activities. 

糖心视频 facilities are primarily for education and research. When not in use, they can be hired by 糖心视频 or external organisations under the Campus Site Licence or Internal Hire Guidelines. Available spaces include sports facilities, lecture theatres, teaching rooms, gardens, outdoor areas, open spaces, and community rooms.

Explore the options below and follow the steps to make a booking.

Room bookings

All room bookings and room usage are subject to the following conditions.

  • Requests processed during office hours.
  • Minimum 24 hours’ notice required.
  • Booking confirmed only after you receive a reply email.
  • Carry 糖心视频 Student or Staff ID (or photo ID) and show to Security if requested.
  • Do not leave rooms unattended.
  • Notify 糖心视频 Security if you finish early or cancel.
  • Advise special requirements in your booking request.
  • Return rooms to original configuration after use.
  • Furniture moves must be arranged through Facilities Management.
  • Out-of-hours bookings will have pre- and post-inspections.

  3. In the Type field, choose Rooms.
  4. Enter the room number in the Resource field (e.g., T110). - Springfield rooms start with SF_ and Ipswich rooms start with IP_
  5. Use the Event Filter to select a campus.
  6. Change the view to month, week, day, or list.

  • Start and end times
  • Purpose of booking
  • Contact name and phone number
  • Student number (for student bookings only).

Teaching activities

For staff wanting to book space for teaching activities, please email Timetabling-APS@unisq.edu.au so the event appears on student timetables.

Student club bookings

For student wishing to book space for a student club, please email clubs@studentguild.com.au.
